My approach is based on an integrative approach that combines concepts and methods from systems theory, work and organizational psychology, neurobiology, Gestalt therapy and transactional analysis, among others. My qualification
- 20 years of experience in the management of complex, international organizational and change processes in a wide variety of organizations: multi-national corporations and medium-sized companies, small businesses, start-ups, non-profit organizations.
- Experienced in interim management and international project management.
- In-depth and in some cases long-term training in the following areas:
- Organizational and leadership psychology, group dynamics
- Strategy and organizational development
- Project management
- Lean management
- Labor law
- Studied sociology at the Free University of Berlin, specializing in: Systems theory (social systems), politics (systems of power and domination), statistics (qualitative, quantitative empiricism), industrial and organizational psychology.
- Lectureship "International Project Management" (Studium Generale of the HKA, courses in English).
