My qualifications and many years of professional experience allow me to connect quickly and form the basis for my analytical and advisory skills in complex structures.

Personally, I am characterized by approachability, commitment and clarity. With me, you know where you stand.

My approach is based on an integrative approach that combines concepts and methods from systems theory, work and organizational psychology, neurobiology, Gestalt therapy and transactional analysis, among others. My qualification
  • 20 years of experience in the management of complex, international organizational and change processes in a wide variety of organizations: multi-national corporations and medium-sized companies, small businesses, start-ups, non-profit organizations.
  • Experienced in interim management and international project management.
  • In-depth and in some cases long-term training in the following areas:
    • Organizational and leadership psychology, group dynamics
    • Strategy and organizational development
    • Project management
    • Lean management
    • Labor law
  • Studied sociology at the Free University of Berlin, specializing in: Systems theory (social systems), politics (systems of power and domination), statistics (qualitative, quantitative empiricism), industrial and organizational psychology.
  • Lectureship "International Project Management" (Studium Generale of the HKA, courses in English).
